• RULES at Sanctum Recovery Centers (but not limited to):

    • All residents must remain entirely abstinent from alcohol and drugs.

    • Medically Assisted Treatment meds, (including Buprenorphine, Naloxone & Methadone) are permitted only with a prescription, and kept under a “two lock” system.

    • Kratom and Gabapentin, Delta variants of THC, microdose mushroom and other "gas station supplements" are not permitted.

    • All residents must have a 12-step sponsor within seven days of entering the house.

    • All residents are responsible for daily household chores.

    • All residents must attend a mandatory house meeting Sunday night

    • All residents must submit to random drug and alcohol screens at House Manager’s discretion. Random drug and alcohol screens take place to verify continued sobriety. If a test is positive, the resident will be given the option of being transported to a local drug and alcohol treatment facility or other location of their choice. The resident will not be permitted to remain at Sanctum Recovery Centers’ house until they have completed an agreed upon treatment plan with an outside facility and can pass a drug screen.

** If test results are disputed, we work closely with a lab in town to verify positive and/or negative results. Should any resident dispute the results of an in house drug screen, it is solely his responsibility to report to a trusted screening lab to have results either confirmed or rejected at the resident’s cost. Should a resident choose not to take these required steps, it is understood by both parties that the results of the in house drug screen will be considered valid. Sanctum Recovery Centers reserves the same right to dispute any in house drug screen results if there is reasonable suspicion that a guest has somehow tampered with the outcome of the drug screen.

  • Questions & FAQs

    How many people per room?

Sanctum Recovery Centers’ sober living homes are community style living where residents share common areas and kitchen + refrigerator space. When a newcomer resident moves in they will live in a 3 or 4 person room for accountability.

Can I have a cell phone while living in the sober living house?

Residents can and will use their phones while living in a Sanctum Recovery Centers sober living house. Obviously, residents will need phones to secure employment and connect with 12 step sponsorship. It is, however, recommended, especially after coming from treatment for substance abuse, to keep phone use to a minimum and focus on your recovery.

Can I go home and see my family during my stay in sober living?

After 30 days and completion of step 1, the resident can request a pass home, within a 48-hr notice. Upon return they will be required to pass UA (drug test)

    Are there necessary meetings?

Residents must be active in their recovery with at least 3 documented 12 step meetings a week. There is also a mandatory house meeting every Sunday night

Does Sanctum Recovery Centers help me get a job?

Sanctum Recovery Centers has partnered with multiple staffing agencies to expedite the process of securing employment. Most of our residents are able to secure employment within 72 hours of moving in with us.
